samānagotrapravarāṃ kanyāmūḍhvopagamya ca | tasyāmutpādya cāṃḍālaṃ brāhmaṇyādeva hīyate

Translation

ଯେ ପୁରୁଷ ସମାନ ଗୋତ୍ର ଓ ସମାନ ପ୍ରବରର କନ୍ୟାକୁ ବିବାହ କରି ତାହା ସହ ସହବାସ କରେ ଏବଂ ତାହାରେ ସନ୍ତାନ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରେ, ସେ ସନ୍ତାନ ଚାଣ୍ଡାଳ ହୁଏ; ଏବଂ ସେ ପୁରୁଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ୍ୟରୁ ପତିତ ହୁଏ।
