वह्निरुवाच । नमस्ते सर्वलोकेश उग्रमूर्ते नमोऽस्तु ते । रेतसा तव संदग्धः कुष्ठी जातो महेश्वर । कृपां कुरु महादेव मम रोगं विनाशय
vahniruvāca | namaste sarvalokeśa ugramūrte namo'stu te | retasā tava saṃdagdhaḥ kuṣṭhī jāto maheśvara | kṛpāṃ kuru mahādeva mama rogaṃ vināśaya
ବହ୍ନି କହିଲେ— ହେ ସର୍ବଲୋକେଶ, ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ନମସ୍କାର; ହେ ଉଗ୍ରମୂର୍ତ୍ତି, ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ। ହେ ମହେଶ୍ୱର, ଆପଣଙ୍କ ତେଜରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ ହୋଇ ମୁଁ କୁଷ୍ଠରୋଗୀ ହୋଇଛି। ହେ ମହାଦେବ, କୃପା କରି ମୋ ରୋଗ ନାଶ କରନ୍ତୁ।
