Devī (Pārvatī/Umā, as ‘Devī’)
Scene: The Goddess speaks firmly to Mahādeva, asserting she will not yield unless the revered honor of certain Brāhmaṇas is brought low; the moment is charged with resolve and impending divine play.
The narrative introduces a test of pride and honor, setting up a dharmic lesson through divine dialogue and ensuing action.
No tīrtha is directly praised in this verse; it functions as a plot-turn within the Revā Khaṇḍa story sequence.
None; it is a narrative request concerning the humbling of ‘māna’ (honor/status).
