Type: ghat
Listener: King (rājan)
Scene: A radiant Sūrya (Divākara) enthroned in a halo, with twelve solar forms/Ādityas arranged like a mandala around him at a riverbank tīrtha; sages and pilgrims offer arghya as light spills over the water.
A tīrtha becomes a meeting-point of divine powers: through tapas, siddhi arises and sacred presence becomes permanently established for devotees.
Siddheśvara Tīrtha on the Narmadā, where Divākara is said to have been established.
An implication of sthāpana/establishment (installation) of Divākara at the tīrtha; details of procedure are not given in this verse.
