शिवशिवयोर्जगत्पितृमातृत्व-प्रतिपादनं तथा मेनायाः विमोहः (Śiva–Śivā as Cosmic Father and Mother; Menā’s Delusion and the Sages’ Intervention)
कृत्वा प्रतिज्ञां देवेशो दृष्ट्वा क्लेशमसंख्यकम् । दुहितुस्ते तपःस्थानमाजगाम द्विजात्मकः
kṛtvā pratijñāṃ deveśo dṛṣṭvā kleśamasaṃkhyakam | duhituste tapaḥsthānamājagāma dvijātmakaḥ
ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରି ଦେବେଶ, ତୁମ କନ୍ୟାର ଅସଂଖ୍ୟ କ୍ଲେଶ ଦେଖି, ତାଙ୍କ ତପସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆସିଲେ—ଦ୍ୱିଜ (ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ) ରୂପ ଧାରଣ କରି।
