अयमु त्वा विचर्षणे जनीरिवाभि संवृतः । प्र सोम इन्द्र सर्पतु ॥

ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କର ବିବେଚକ (ବିଚର୍ଷଣେ) ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର! ଏହି ସୋମ ନାରୀମାନେ ନିଜ ପ୍ରିୟକୁ ଘେରି ରହିବା ପରି ତୁମକୁ ସମସ୍ତଦିଗରୁ ଆବୃତ କରେ। ହେ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର, ଏହି ସୋମ ତୁମ ଭିତରକୁ ସରି ଆଗେଇ ଯାଉ—ଅନ୍ତରଙ୍ଗ ଚେତନାଶକ୍ତିକୁ ଜାଗ୍ରତ କରି ପ୍ରବେଶ କରୁ।
