आ रोदसी अपृणा जायमान उत प्र रिक्था अध नु प्रयज्यो । दिवश्चिदग्ने महिना पृथिव्या वच्यन्तां ते वह्नयः सप्तजिह्वाः ॥

ā́ rodasī apṛṇā jā́yamāna utá prá rikthā ádha nú prayajyo | diváś cid agne mahinā́ pṛthivyā́ vacyántāṃ te váhnayaḥ saptájihvāḥ ||

ଜନ୍ମ ସମୟରେ ତୁମେ ଦୁଇ ଲୋକ—ରୋଦସୀ—କୁ ପୂରଣ କଲ; ଏବଂ ପରେ ତୁମ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରକୁ ଆଗେଇଲ—ଏବେ ଯଜ୍ଞକର୍ମର ପ୍ରଣେତା ହୋଇ। ହେ ଅଗ୍ନି, ଦ୍ୟୌ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରୁଥିବା ତୁମ ମହିମାଦ୍ୱାରା, ତୁମ ବହ୍ନିମାନେ—ସପ୍ତଜିହ୍ୱା ବାହକଶକ୍ତିମାନେ—କ୍ରିୟାରେ ପ୍ରବୃତ୍ତ ହେବାକୁ ଉଚ୍ଚାରିତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
