Narada (traditional Narada Purana dialogue frame: Narada instructing in a tirtha/mahatmya setting)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It affirms the Supreme as both the origin (jagadyoni) and the sustaining ground (pratiṣṭhā) of all existence, placing even the highest cosmic deities within that one ultimate refuge.
By declaring that all gods and all worlds are established in the one Lord, it directs devotion toward the Supreme (Jagannātha) as the final support—encouraging single-pointed worship beyond merely seeking sectional boons from individual devas.
The verse mainly conveys tattva (metaphysical hierarchy) rather than a specific Vedanga; practically, it supports dharmic ritual clarity by recognizing devas (Agni-led) as empowered within the Supreme order, aligning worship with correct theological understanding.
