Narada (teaching in the Uttara-Bhaga vrata/tirtha context)
Vrata: Dvādaśī-vrata
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It elevates Dvādaśī as a consistently meritorious vrata across both lunar fortnights and implies that its spiritual merit supports and protects one’s wider family-network, not only the practitioner.
By urging steadfast observance of Dvādaśī (closely tied to Vaiṣṇava discipline around Ekādaśī–Dvādaśī), it frames devotional practice as regular, calendar-based worship that sustains dharma and nurtures loving bonds.
It relies on calendrical discipline (tithi and pakṣa reckoning), aligning with Jyotiṣa-style timekeeping used to determine Dvādaśī in both Śukla and Kṛṣṇa pakṣas for correct vrata performance.
