ମାଘ ମାସର କୃଷ୍ଣପକ୍ଷ ପଞ୍ଚଦଶୀ (ଅମାବାସ୍ୟା) ଦ୍ୱାପର ଯୁଗର ଆରମ୍ଭ ବୋଲି ଉଦ୍ଦୀରିତ। ଏବଂ ନଭସ୍ୟ (ଭାଦ୍ରପଦ) ମାସର କୃଷ୍ଣପକ୍ଷ ତ୍ରୟୋଦଶୀକୁ କଳ୍ପର ଆରମ୍ଭ କୁହାଯାଏ।
