इष्टैः पलैस्तदूनाढ्यं व्यगावूनेऽर्कषङ्गुणः । तदन्यथाधिके तस्मिन्नेवं स्पष्टे सुखांत्यगे ॥ १५७ ॥

Transliteration

iṣṭaiḥ palaistadūnāḍhyaṃ vyagāvūne'rkaṣaṅguṇaḥ | tadanyathādhike tasminnevaṃ spaṣṭe sukhāṃtyage || 157 ||

Translation

ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ପଲ-ମାନ କମ୍ ବା ବେଶି ହେଲେ ଫଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହିପରି କମ୍-ବେଶି ହୁଏ। ଯଦି କମି ଏକ ‘ବ୍ୟଗାବ’ ହୁଏ, ତେବେ ଫଳ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ-ଗୁଣ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଛଅ ଗୁଣ ହୁଏ। ଅଧିକ ହେଲେ ତଦନୁସାରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ—ଏଭଳି ଗଣନା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ, ସୁଖ-ଫଳ ବିଭାଗରେ ଶେଷ।
