तत्र पादे समाख्यातं पाकाय मुनिसत्तम ।
देशेष्वेतेषु चैतानि नक्षत्राण्यपि वै द्विज ॥

ହେ ମୁନିଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ! ସେହି ପାଦରେ ‘ପାକ’ (ଫଳନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ/ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ) ନିମିତ୍ତ ଏହା ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଛି। ହେ ଦ୍ୱିଜ! ଏହି ପ୍ରଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଏହି ନକ୍ଷତ୍ରମାନେ ହିଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ବୋଲି ବୁଝିବା।
