तस्मिंस्तस्मिंस्तु तन्मात्रं तेन तन्मात्रता स्मृता ।
अविशेषवाचकत्वादविशेषास्ततः च ते ॥
tasmiṃstasmiṃstu tanmātraṃ tena tanmātratā smṛtā / aviśeṣavācakatvādaviśeṣāstataśca te
ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱରେ ତାହା ସହ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧିତ ସୂକ୍ଷ୍ମ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱ ରହେ; ତେଣୁ ଏହାକୁ ‘ତନ୍ମାତ୍ରତ୍ୱ’ ବୋଲି ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଯାଏ। ଏବଂ ଅବିଶେଷ (ଅବ୍ୟକ୍ତ)କୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରୁଥିବାରୁ ସେହି ତନ୍ମାତ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ‘ଅବିଶେଷ’ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଏ।
