Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
दूतसंव्यवहाराश्व निष्परीक्षाश्व मानवा: । प्राणिहिंसाप्रवृत्ता श्व ते वै निरयगामिन:
dūtasaṁvyavahārāś ca niṣparīkṣāś ca mānavāḥ | prāṇihiṁsāpravṛttāś ca te vai nirayagāminaḥ ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ଯେମାନେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା-ବିଚାର କରିବାରେ ଅସମର୍ଥ ହୋଇ ଦୂତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି, ଏବଂ ଯେମାନେ ସଦା ପ୍ରାଣିହିଂସାରେ ପ୍ରବୃତ୍ତ—ସେମାନେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ନରକରେ ପତିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
