Sukta 4
उलूकयातुं शुशुलूकयातुं जहि श्वयातुमुत कोकयातुम्। सुपर्णयातुमुत गृध्रयातुं दृषदेव प्र मृण रक्ष इन्द्र
ulū́kayātuṁ śuśulū́kayātuṁ jahí śvayā́tum utá kókayātum | supárṇayā́tum utá gṛ́dhrayātuṁ dṛṣádeva prá mṛṇa rákṣa índra ||
Slay thou the owl-shaped sorcerer, slay the hooting-owl-shaped; smite the dog-shaped, and eke the koka-shaped. The fair-winged-shaped, and eke the vulture-shaped—O Stone-strong Indra, crush thou forth the Rākṣas.
ଉଲୂକ (ପେଚା)-ଆକାର ଯାତୁକୁ ବଧ କର; ହୁଙ୍କାର କରୁଥିବା ଶୁଶୁଲୂକ-ଆକାର ଯାତୁକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବଧ କର। ଶ୍ୱାନ-ଆକାର ଯାତୁକୁ ଓ କୋକ-ଆକାର ଯାତୁକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରହାର କର। ସୁପର୍ଣ (ସୁନ୍ଦର ପକ୍ଷବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ପକ୍ଷୀ)-ଆକାର ଯାତୁକୁ ଓ ଗୃଧ୍ର (ଗିଧ)-ଆକାର ଯାତୁକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ—ହେ ଦୃଷଦେବ (ଶିଳା-ଦୃଢ) ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର, ରକ୍ଷସକୁ ଚାପି ଚୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ କର।
