इदमादानमकरं तपसेन्द्रेण संशितम्। अमित्रा येऽत्र नः सन्ति तानग्न आ द्या त्वम्

IAST Transliteration

idám ādā́nam akaram tápaséndreṇa sáṃśitam | amítrā yé ’trá naḥ sánti tā́n agne ā́ dyā́ tvám

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

This act of seizure have I fashioned, whetted keen with ardour and with Indra. The foes who here are ours—those, O Agni, do thou bind hither fast.

Translation

ଏହି ଆଦାନ-କ୍ରିୟାକୁ ମୁଁ ଗଢ଼ିଛି, ତପସା ଓ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ସହ ତୀକ୍ଷ୍ଣ କରି ସଂଶିତ କରିଛି। ଯେ ଅମିତ୍ରମାନେ ଏଠାରେ ଆମର ଅଛନ୍ତି, ହେ ଅଗ୍ନି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମେ ଏଠାକୁ ଆଣି ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବେ ବାନ୍ଧ।
