इन्द्र ओषधीरसनोदहानि वनस्पतीँरसनोदन्तरिक्षम्। बिभेद बलं नुनुदे विवाचोऽथाभवद् दमिताभिक्रतूनाम्

IAST Transliteration

índra óṣadhīr asanod áhāni vánaspatīṃr asanod antárikṣam | bibhéda bálaṃ nunudé vívācó 'thā́bhavad damitā́bhíkratūnām ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Indra won the herbs, he won the days; he won the forest-lords, he won the mid-air. He clave the hostile power, he drave away contentious voices; then became he the tamer of opposing counsels.

Translation

ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓଷଧିମାନଙ୍କୁ (ଔଷଧି) ଜିତିଲେ, ଦିନମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜିତିଲେ; ବନସ୍ପତିମାନଙ୍କୁ (ବନସ୍ପତି) ଜିତିଲେ, ଅନ୍ତରିକ୍ଷକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜିତିଲେ। ସେ ଶତ୍ରୁବଳକୁ ଭେଦିଲେ, ବିବାଦକାରୀ ବାଣୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୂରେ ହଂକାଇଲେ; ତାପରେ ବିରୋଧୀ କ୍ରତୁମାନଙ୍କ (ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପ/ଯୋଜନା)ର ଦମନକର୍ତ୍ତା ହେଲେ।
