मूर्ध्नो देवस्य बृहतो अंशवः सप्त सप्ततीः । राज्ञः सोमस्याजायन्त जातस्य पुरुषादधि

IAST Transliteration

mūrdhnó devásya bṛható aṃśávaḥ saptá saptatī́ḥ | rājñáḥ sómasyājāyanta jātásya púruṣād ádhi ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From the head of the mighty God there sprang the rays—seven and seventy. They were born as of King Soma, from the Puruṣa, when he had come to birth.

Translation

ବୃହତ୍ ଦେବଙ୍କ ମୁଣ୍ଡରୁ କିରଣମାନେ ଉଦ୍ଭବ ହେଲେ—ସାତ ଏବଂ ସତ୍ତର। ସେମାନେ ରାଜା ସୋମରୁ ଜନ୍ମିଥିବା ପରି ଜନ୍ମିଲେ; ଜନ୍ମିତ ପୁରୁଷରୁ (ପୁରୁଷାଦଧି) ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରକଟ ହେଲେ।
