शर्कराः सिकता अश्मान ओषधयो वीरुधस्तृणा । अभ्राणि विद्युतो वर्षमुच्छिष्टे संश्रिता श्रिता
śárkarāḥ síkatā́ áśmāna óṣadhayo vīrúdhas tṛ́ṇā | abhrā́ṇi vidyúto várṣam ucchíṣṭe saṃśritā́ śritā́
Gravels, sands, and stones; the healing herbs, the creeping plants, the grasses; the clouds, the lightnings, the rain—on Ucchiṣṭa are they stayed, on it established.
କଙ୍କର, ବାଲି ଓ ପଥର; ଓଷଧି, ବୀରୁଧ (ଲତା-ବେଳ) ଓ ତୃଣ (ଘାସ); ମେଘ, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ (ବିଜୁଳି) ଓ ବର୍ଷା (ବର୍ଷଣ)—ଏ ସମସ୍ତେ ଉଚ୍ଛିଷ୍ଟରେ ଆଶ୍ରିତ, ତାହାରେ ହିଁ ସ୍ଥିର ଓ ସ୍ଥାପିତ।
