Sukta 6
यथा बीजमुर्वरायां कृष्टे फालेन रोहति । एवा मयि प्रजा पशवोऽन्नमन्नं वि रोहतु
yáthā bī́jam urvárāyāṃ kṛṣṭé phā́lena róhati | evá máyī prajā́ḥ paśávo 'nnam ánnaṃ ví rohatu ||
As seed in the fertile field, when cleft by the ploughshare, springeth up—so in me let progeny, cattle, and food, yea food upon food, grow forth abundantly.
ଯେପରି ଉର୍ବରା (ଉର୍ବର ଖେତ)ରେ ହଳର ଫାଳ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଚିରି ବପନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବୀଜ ଅଙ୍କୁରିତ ହୁଏ, ସେପରି ମୋ ଭିତରେ ପ୍ରଜା, ପଶୁ ଓ ଅନ୍ନ—ହଁ, ଅନ୍ନ ଉପରେ ଅନ୍ନ—ପ୍ରଚୁର ଭାବେ ବଢ଼ି ଉଦ୍ଭବ ହେଉ।
