दुर्गे हि कोशदण्डोत्पत्तिरापदि स्थानं च जनपदस्य ॥ कZ_०८.१.२५ ॥

Transliteration

durge hi kośa-daṇḍa-utpattir āpadi sthānaṃ ca janapadasya.

Translation

କାରଣ ଦୁର୍ଗରେ ହିଁ କୋଷ ଓ ଦଣ୍ଡଶକ୍ତିର ଉତ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୁଏ; ଏବଂ ବିପତ୍ତିରେ ସେହି ଜନପଦର ଆଶ୍ରୟସ୍ଥାନ ହୁଏ।
