जनपददुर्गव्यसनयोर्दुर्गव्यसनमिति पाराशराः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२४ ॥

Transliteration

janapada-durga-vyasanayor durga-vyasanam iti pārāśarāḥ.

Translation

ଜନପଦ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଗ—ଏହି ଦୁଇ ବିପତ୍ତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୁର୍ଗର ବିପତ୍ତି ଅଧିକ ଗୁରୁତର—ବୋଲି ପାରାଶରମାନେ କହନ୍ତି।
