Transliteration

udāsīnavadhe yātur uttamo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

ଉଦାସୀନ (ନିରପେକ୍ଷ) ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କଲେ ଯାତୁ (ଗୁପ୍ତ ହତ୍ୟାକାରୀ/ମାୟାବୀ) ପାଇଁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଦଣ୍ଡ।
