avivītānāṃ corarajjukaḥ

Translation

ଯେଉଁ ଅଞ୍ଚଳଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବିଭୀତ (ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ) ଭାବେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ କରାଯାଇନାହିଁ, ସେଠାରେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଚୋରରଜ୍ଜୁକ (ଚୋରି/ଡକାତି-ନିବାରକ)।
