ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀଟି ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାତ (ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ନୀତି ଲାଗୁ)।
