Transliteration
tayor apacaraṇe rāgasyāpahāraṃ vidyāt
Translation
ସେଇ ଦୁଇ ପକ୍ଷର ଯେକୌଣସି ପକ୍ଷ ଅପଚରଣ/ଅତିକ୍ରମ କଲେ ‘ରାଗ’ (ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଅପରାଧରୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ଅବୈଧ ଲାଭ/ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ ପଦାର୍ଥ) ଜବତ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେବା ଉଚିତ।
