Transliteration
karaṇādhiṣṭhitam adhimāsakaṃ kuryāt.
Translation
କରଣ (ବିଭାଗ/କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ)ର ଅଧୀନ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣରେ ଅଧିମାସ (ଅନ୍ତର୍ମାସ) ସମନ୍ୱୟ/ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
