Transliteration

sarveṣāṃ tṛṇodaka-prākāmyam

Translation

ସମସ୍ତ (ପଶୁ) ପାଇଁ ଘାସ ଓ ପାଣି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ଭାବେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ।
