Transliteration

rakṣātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ସୁରକ୍ଷା-ନିୟମ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କଲେ ‘ପୂର୍ବ’ (ସବୁଠୁ କମ୍ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର) ସାହସ-ଦଣ୍ଡ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।
