Transliteration nikṣepopanidhiprayogāpahṛtānām aniṣṭopagatānāṃ ca dravyāṇāṃ jñānārtham asvāmikaṃ kupyaṃ hiraṇyaṃ ca upalabhya niṣkeptāram anyatra vyapadeśena grāhayed ativyayakartāram anāyativyayaṃ ca
Translation ନିକ୍ଷେପ, ଉପନିଧି, ଅର୍ପିତ-ବ୍ୟବହାରର ଦୁରୁପଯୋଗ, ଚୋରି ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅପହୃତ କିମ୍ବା ଅନ୍ୟଥା ହରାଇଯାଇଥିବା ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟର ପରିଚୟ ପାଇଁ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ମାଲିକବିହୀନ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ କିମ୍ବା ସୁନା ମିଳେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ନିକ୍ଷେପକ/ଦାବିଦାରକୁ କୌଣସି ନେପରେ ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ଡାକି ପରିଚୟ କରାଇ ଧରିବା ଉଚିତ; ଏହିପରି ଅତିବ୍ୟୟକାରୀ ଓ ପ୍ରକଟ ଆୟ ବିନା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଧରିବା ଉଚିତ।
