Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

କିମ୍ବା ଯେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱେଚ୍ଛାରେ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ନାହିଁ, ସେମାନେ କେବଳ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାନାଗାରରେ ମାତ୍ର ପିବେ।
