Translation
ଏହି ନିୟମ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀଟି ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାତ ହୁଏ (ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେଇ ନୀତି ଲାଗୁ ହୁଏ)।
