Transliteration
tasmād bāhyeṣu upajapatsu bhedadaṇḍau prayuñjīta
Translation
ଏହିପରି, ବାହାର ଲୋକ ଉସ୍କାଣିରେ ଲିପ୍ତ ଥିଲେ, ଭେଦ (ବିଭାଜନ) ଓ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
