FAQs

Ayurvedic rasāyana and vājīkaraṇa guidance: taking honey with ghee at night for longevity, and using śatāvarī-juice–processed milk and ghee as a virility and vitality promoter.

It shows the Agni Purana functioning as a compendium beyond myth—preserving practical Ayurvedic dietetics and medicated-preparation instructions alongside ritual, polity, and literary sciences.

By supporting health, longevity, and reproductive vitality through sattvic, regulated intake, the teaching aligns bodily well-being with sustained dharma-practice and disciplined living.
