Related Themes: Agni Purana: Vāstu guidance on house environs; any seasonal regimen notes in encyclopedic sections
It gives Vāstu guidance on (1) placing an udyāna (garden) on the left side of a residence and (2) adopting season-based timing for dwelling—morning/evening in hot season, midday in cold season.
Beyond theology, it preserves practical Vāstu and lifestyle rules—micro-instructions on site planning (garden orientation) and ṛtu-caryā (seasonal regimen), showing the text’s coverage of architecture, domestic well-being, and applied knowledge.
Following auspicious dwelling and layout rules is presented as śubha (beneficial), supporting harmony in the household and aligning daily living with dharmic order and seasonal balance.
