श्रुत्वापि दशपालो ऽपि तत्र युक्तिमुपाचरेत् वित्ताद्याप्नोति राजा वै विषयात्तु सुरक्षितात्

ଶୁଣିଲା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦଶପାଳ ସେଠାରେ ଯଥୋଚିତ ଯୁକ୍ତି/ନୀତି ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରୁ। କାରଣ ରାଜା ଧନ ଆଦି ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ବିଷୟ (ଅଞ୍ଚଳ/ପ୍ରଦେଶ)ରୁ ହିଁ ପାଉଥାଏ।
