हयं जिह्वाङ्गमाहीने जिह्वाग्रन्थिं विमोचयेत् गाटतां मोचयेत्तावद्यावत् स्तोभं न सुञ्चति

hayaṃ jihvāṅgamāhīne jihvāgranthiṃ vimocayet gāṭatāṃ mocayettāvadyāvat stobhaṃ na suñcati

ଜିହ୍ୱାଅଙ୍ଗର ଦୋଷ ଥିବା ଅଶ୍ୱର ଜିହ୍ୱାଗ୍ରନ୍ଥି (ଫ୍ରେନୁଲମ୍)କୁ ମୁକ୍ତ/ଢିଲା କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ‘ସ୍ତୋଭ’ (ଅଟକା ଧ୍ୱନି) ନ ହେଉଅବଧି ଜିହ୍ୱାର କଠିନତା ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
