तथासुरनिति ज , ञ , ट च सह जाताः शरीरेणेति ञ आरुह्य सहसा नैव ताड्नीयो हयोत्तमः ताडनादुभयमाप्नोति भयान्मोहश् च जायते

ଏହିପରି (ସଙ୍କେତଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ) ଜାଣି—ଘୋଡ଼ାର ଶରୀରରେ ଉଲ୍ଲିଖିତ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଦେଲେ—ଆରୋହଣ କରି ସହସା ଉତ୍ତମ ଘୋଡ଼ାକୁ ମାରିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ। ମାରିଲେ ଦୁଇ ପ୍ରକାର କ୍ଷତି ହୁଏ; ଭୟରୁ ମୋହ (ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ-ଭ୍ରମ) ମଧ୍ୟ ଜନ୍ମେ।

It teaches a Dhanurvedic horsemanship rule: after mounting, do not strike the horse suddenly; harsh striking produces fear and loss of control, harming both rider and horse.
