त्रिफला पिप्पली शुण्ठी सेविता त्रिशताब्दकृत् शतावर्याः पूर्वयोगः सहस्रायुर्बलातिकृत्

ତ୍ରିଫଳା, ପିପ୍ପଳୀ ଓ ଶୁଣ୍ଠୀ ନିୟମିତ ସେବନ କଲେ ତ୍ରିଶତ ବର୍ଷ (ଆୟୁ-ଫଳ) ମିଳେ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଶତାବରୀର ପୂର୍ବୋକ୍ତ ଯୋଗ ସହସ୍ରାୟୁ ଓ ଅତିଶୟ ବଳଦାୟକ।
