श्रीभगवानुवाच । भोभो देवा भवन्तश्च चिराद्दिष्टयाद्यसंगताः । अधुना भवतामिच्छां कां करोमि सुरा अहम् । तद्ब्रूत त्वरिता मह्यं किं विलंबेन निर्भयाः
śrībhagavānuvāca | bhobho devā bhavantaśca cirāddiṣṭayādyasaṃgatāḥ | adhunā bhavatāmicchāṃ kāṃ karomi surā aham | tadbrūta tvaritā mahyaṃ kiṃ vilaṃbena nirbhayāḥ
ဘုရားရှင် မိန့်တော်မူသည်—“ဟေ့ ဟေ့ ဒေဝတို့၊ ကာလကြာမြင့်ပြီးနောက် ကံကောင်းခြင်းကြောင့် ယနေ့ သင်တို့သည် ငါနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံကြပြီ။ ယခု သင်တို့၏ ဆန္ဒကို ငါ ဘာကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးရမည်နည်း။ ကြောက်ရွံ့စရာမရှိသဖြင့် အချိန်မလွန်စေဘဲ မြန်မြန် ငါ့အား ပြောကြလော့။”
