ဆရာယူးမြစ်ရေ၌ ရေချိုးပြီး စင်ကြယ်သော ဆင်ခြင်မှုဖြင့် စိတ်ကို ပြည့်စုံစေကာ ဓမ္မ-ဟရိ ဘုရားကို ဖူးမြင်သင့်၏။ ထိုသူသည် အပြစ်အားလုံးမှ လွတ်ကင်းရ၏။
