īśvara uvāca | athottare devakulāttatra gavyūtimātrataḥ | uttamasthānamiti ca prakhyātaṃ dharaṇītale

Translation

ဣရှ္ဝရ မိန့်တော်မူသည်။ ထို့နောက် ဒေဝကူလာ၏ မြောက်ဘက်၌ ဂဗျူတိ တစ်ခုခန့်အကွာတွင် မြေပြင်ပေါ်၌ «ဥတ္တမသ္ထာန» (အမြင့်မြတ်သော နေရာ) ဟူ၍ ထင်ရှားသော အရပ်တစ်ခု ရှိ၏။
