मात्रया रेफसंयुक्तो हकारो बिंदुना सह । सकारः सविसर्गस्तु मंत्रराजोऽयमुच्यते
mātrayā rephasaṃyukto hakāro biṃdunā saha | sakāraḥ savisargastu maṃtrarājo'yamucyate
