Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Virajā / Rāṣṭravardhana / Kadaṃbaka / Samasthala
Type: kshetra
Scene: A serene cosmic-king depiction: in Virajā the deity expands into a vast form over river/temple; in Rāṣṭravardhana the Lord appears as radiant, perfectly proportioned Surūpa; in Kadaṃbaka a kadamba grove shelters beings under ‘Janādhyakṣa’; in Samasthala a celestial assembly shows ‘Devādhyakṣa’ presiding over devas.
The Lord governs both human and divine orders; pilgrimage reminds one of cosmic law (dharma) upheld by the Supreme.
Virajā, Rāṣṭravardhana, Kadaṃbaka, and Samasthala are invoked as places of worship tied to specific divine titles.
No explicit ritual is given; the verse praises the sites through divine-name association.
