အလံပန်းတိုင်များနှင့် တံခွန်တိုင်များဖြင့် အလှဆင်ထားသော ဒွာရကာမြို့သည် အောင်ပွဲတိုးပွားစေသူအဖြစ်၊ ကုသိုလ်ပြုစေသော သာသနာတော်အလင်းရောင်တော်ဖြင့် တောင်တကာ၏ဘုရင်ကဲ့သို့ တောက်ပလင်းလက်၏။
