चन्द्रशर्मोवाच । के यूयं विकृताकारा जंतूनां च भयानकाः । पृथ्वीसमुद्भवा जीवा न दृष्टा न श्रुता मया
candraśarmovāca | ke yūyaṃ vikṛtākārā jaṃtūnāṃ ca bhayānakāḥ | pṛthvīsamudbhavā jīvā na dṛṣṭā na śrutā mayā
စန္ဒြရှာမန်က ပြောသည်။ «သင်တို့သည် မည်သူနည်း၊ ရုပ်သဏ္ဌာန်ပျက်ပြား၍ သတ္တဝါတို့ကို ကြောက်မက်စေသူများ။ မြေမှ ပေါက်ဖွားသကဲ့သို့ ထင်ရသော်လည်း ငါသည် မမြင်ဖူး မကြားဖူးသေး»။
