पुलस्त्य उवाच । तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा क्रुद्धो देवः पितामहः । अब्रवीत्परुषं वाक्यं भर्त्सयंश्च पुनःपुनः
pulastya uvāca | tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā kruddho devaḥ pitāmahaḥ | abravītparuṣaṃ vākyaṃ bhartsayaṃśca punaḥpunaḥ
ပုလஸ္တျက ပြောသည်— ထိုစကားကို ကြားသော် နတ်ဘုရား ပိတామဟ (ဗြဟ္မာ) သည် ဒေါသထွက်လာ၏။ ထို့နောက် သူ့အား ကြမ်းတမ်းသော စကားဖြင့် ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ ဆူပူပြစ်တင်၏။
