သီရိမာတာ နေထိုင်ရာ အရဗုဒဟု ခေါ်သော တောင်ပေါ်၌၊ လူတို့၏ အရှင်(နရာဓိပ) သည် တမန်တစ်ဦးကို စေလွှတ်၍ ထိုသူအား ဤသို့ မိန့်ကြား하였다။
