पंचाग्निसाधको ग्रीष्मे जपहोमपरायणः । केनचित्त्वथ कालेन तस्य धेनुः पयस्विनी । नंदिनीति सुविख्याता सा वै कामदुघा शुभा
paṃcāgnisādhako grīṣme japahomaparāyaṇaḥ | kenacittvatha kālena tasya dhenuḥ payasvinī | naṃdinīti suvikhyātā sā vai kāmadughā śubhā
နွေရာသီ၌ သူသည် ပဉ္စာဂ္နိတပသ (မီးငါးပါးတပသ) ကိုကျင့်၍ ဂျပ (မန္တရရွတ်) နှင့် ဟောမ (မီးပူဇော်) တို့၌ အလွန်အမင်းအာရုံစိုက်ခဲ့သည်။ အချိန်အနည်းငယ်ကြာသော် နို့ပေးသော နွားတစ်ကောင်ကိုရ၍ “နန္ဒိနီ” ဟုကျော်ကြားကာ ကာမဓေနုကဲ့သို့ ဆုတောင်းပြည့်စုံစေသော မင်္ဂလာနွားဖြစ်၏။
