ṛtau svadāragamanaṃ gehināṃ brahmacaryatā | yatīnāṃ sarvasaṃnyāso manovākkāyakarmaṇā

အိမ်ထောင်ရှင်တို့အတွက် သင့်တော်သောကာလ၌ ကိုယ့်တရားဝင်ဇနီးထံ သွားရောက်ခြင်းကို ဗြဟ္မစရိယ (ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု) ဟု သတ်မှတ်ကြသည်။ ယတီတို့အတွက်မူ စိတ်၊ စကား၊ ကိုယ်အပြုအမူတို့ဖြင့် အလုံးစုံစွန့်လွှတ်ခြင်းကို ထိန်းထားရမည်။
